asdf123
Hi, I am looking to book a hotel in North Cincinnati-West Chester-Sharonville. On Hotwire there is a 3.5* for $50 (regular $149) with the following amenities: Fitness CenterPet FriendlyFree Parking and InternetPoolRestaurant I was thinking of just going for it, but it only showing a guest rating of 25% recommended. Thanks in advance. Link to comment

asdf123
Sorry, it's 2 nights, from 06/19 to 06/21. Thanks. Link to comment
thereuare
I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links. If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above? Using this method, below is the full list of amenities i'm seeing for the 3.5 star hotel in this zone when searching for your dates: Free Parking Free Internet Resort Pet Friendly Indoor Pool Smoke Free Fitness Pool Restaurant Business Hi-Speed Internet Golf Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ... if this is what you're seeing, the Red Lion Hotel Cincinnati Sharonville would be my best guess for this one. If you need a bit of comfort on this trip i would sooner look at the other 3.5* hotel in this zone for $79/nite as it has a 4.5/5.0 TA rating, which almost always ensures a nice stay: Free Parking Indoor Pool Pool Restaurant Business Laundry Hi-Speed Internet Blind Accessible Deaf Accessible Travel Accessible Room Accessible Wheelchair Accessible Bathroom Accessible Handicapped Parking Roll-in Shower ... my guess here would be the Cincinnati Marriott North Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. asdf123
Thanks a lot for the help. The amenities do match what you listed so it looks like it might the be Red Lion Hotel. Disappointing because the TA reviews do look pretty bad for this hotel. I was hoping not to spend that much but I might have to go for the second option you listed. Are there any other options I can use to try and find something? It seems that Priceline wouldn't work since there is a risk of getting the Red Lion with a 3* Name Your Price. Link to comment
yellowdog
What is your max budget/night before tax/fee's PRICELINE EXPRESS has a 3* hotel $69 listed with a possible outcome for Courtyard By Marriott Cincinnati North At Union Centre Would that be of interest? Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases. Yellowdog. Link to comment
asdf123
I would say the absolute max I would like to spend is about $85 per night, but ideally I would be thrilled to get something for around $55-60. If $55-60 is too unrealistic given that there is only a week left, I would go for this $69 Price.line hotel or the $78 Hot.wire hotel. I see on PRICELINE EXPRESS there is a 3* for $70 showing the following amenities: Free Internet Free Parking Swimming Pool Fitness Center Restaurant Business Center Is there a good chance this could be something like the Marriott? I know there is always a risk with this, but I don't want to go through with it if there is a good chance it could be something like the Red Lion Link to comment
thereuare
I see on PRICELINE EXPRESS there is a 3* for $70 showing the following amenities...This is in the Cincinnati North-Sharonville zone? If so, are you still seeing this on a search for your dates as i'm not seeing any 3* hotel offered in this zone when searching 6/19-6/21. asdf123
It shows as West Chester Area Hotel and it also shows an 8+ guest rating. Link to comment
AaronJB
This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. Guesses would be the Courtyard Marriott North or Hilton Garden Inn West Chester. Thank you for keeping us updated and please let us know if you have additional questions. asdf123
Thanks. Looking at the regular list view, the following 3* hotels are listed in the West Chester zone: Courtyard Marriott (8.9 rating)Marriott (9.2 rating)Hilton (8.7 rating)Residence Inn (9.2 rating)Staybridge (7.9 rating) Does it have to be one these or could it be a hotel that is not listed on the regular list? If it has to be one of these, then only the Hilton or Courtyard Marriott, like you mentioned, fall under the 8+ guest rating. Link to comment
AaronJB
It wouldn't be the Staybridge, given the rating. I'd guess the Hilton or Courtyard would be more likely. The Marriott/Residence Inn would be possible, but less likely.
