Hello, I have a trip planned for February 2016 and already want to buy the hotel. I wonder if it's worth booking in advance and so the average prices for four-and five-star hotels for that month. The date would be 12 to 16 February.

Thanks for your help

Welcome to Betterbidding.

You can start to explore the options available if you're booking for Feb and are willing to accept a non-refundable hotel this far in advance. There's no way to know if rates will come down between now and your stay, but if you find a good deal versus what rates traditionally are, you can certainly lock it in.

What is your desired budget per night?

Thank you for sharing your win and please use the site's PRICELINE or HOTWIRE links to start your purchases and searches.

Enjoy your stay.

Are you looking at hotel on the Strip or anywhere in Vegas?

If you're looking for something on the Strip, $100 is not likely going to be enough for a 4.5* or 5* hotel... these are weekend dates (more expensive than mid-week) and include Valentine's Day which is usually a busy time of year for hotels throughout the country.

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

When bidding 5* in Las Vegas you have ELEVEN re-bid zones. If you're not familiar with re-bidding please read Priceline Re-Bidding Explained and feel free to ask questions and/or confirm your re-bid zones with the board before proceeding.

Bid $100, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Bid $103, if rejected add re-bid zone...

Did you win the Venetian thru PRICELINE, HOTWIRE, or was this a regular rate purchase?
