The budget per night for 3.5 stars is 130 dollars

Brentwood-Westwood

Your post lists them as one zone so i want to make sure that both of these are acceptable.

Also, did you first want to try for a 4* hotel up to your $160 limit OR is your goal the least expensive 3.5* or better for this trip? (and then if rejected at 3.5* up to $130 you would then increase your budget up to $160 for a 4 star)
