I'm looking for a 4* in downtown Seattle Pike's Place, and I put in a starting bid of $125. It got rejected, but I was immediately redirected to a page telling me to try again, asking me to change the star level or the zone or the price. So I increased the bid to $135 and tried again, but I'm still being prompted to change the star level or zones I'm willing to accept. In reading through the help forums on this site, it sounds like the process is to add a zone that *does not* have any 4 star hotels and increase the bid by $5, but I'm nervous to try! I really don't want to screw this up! Any advice how I can just increase bid amount and not change my zone or star preferences? Thanks in advance for any help! Link to comment

I didn't save a whole lot by naming my own price, but I saved enough to definitely make it worth the while! For Downtown Seattle - Pike Place 6/14/15 - 6/18/15: First Bid 4* Downtown Seattle - Pike Place: $125 (rejected)Second, + Kent: $150 (rejected)Third, + North Seattle: $200 (rejected)Fourth, + Bothell: $225 Palladian Hotel Thanks for this board...it's a great resource! :D Link to comment
