I had a successful 3* PRICELINE bid for 3/19-21 two nights at $75/night. 

 

Result was Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel 3 1/2*.  

 

The hotel was recently renovated with heavy construction during my stay.  I was able to get a newly renovated room which was exceptional, except water was not available when I arrived around noon for the next 6 hours.  

 

if possible, I would like to get a 3* or 4* around $70s again for 5/5-6 either on Priceline or Hotwire.

Instead of Hotwire, I decided to bid on Priceline.  I was hoping to get either Marriott or Hyatt due to their locations, and was glad I didn't get Westin.
