The Westin has been seen with this amenity set previously, so that would be my guess.

Good deal -- this seems to be a fairly expensive weekend, with everything else 3.5* and up at least $131.

PS- the hours work for you (as they are more of a wholesale supply for the hot pretzel industry and therefore the hours are very early in the morning) this place is worth a stop: Center City Soft Pretzel Company if you can get them hot out of the oven.
