Best guess for the River North property would be the James Hotel... for the Water Tower property my guess would be the Hyatt Chicago Magnificent Mile.

I'd rather suggest the James for a few bucks less than the Hyatt. The James is in a terrific location and is an easy walk to River North restaurants and nightlife. I'm very familiar with the city - let me know if you have hotel or city (need recommendations, directions, etc) questions.
