I'm not seeing a 3* when searching for 2 or 3 adults for these dates in the Hollywood zone. Are you still seeing it when searching for these dates?

I saw it on Hot.wire a couple days ago but now it disappears. I am seeing the exactly same deal on Travelocity though

When searching for your dates and 3 adults i see a 2.5* rated hotel for $99 with this amenity set... maybe the star rating has changed and/or is different on Travelocity?

If this is indeed a 2.5* hotel my guess for this one would be The Dixie Hollywood.
