Neither of the HOTWIRE hotels have yet been reported to the board and with so many hotels in this zone, and the amenities being very common, i don't have any insight into either.

My guess for the PRICELINE EXPRESS offer would be the Avicenna Hotel.

Tripadvisor: 4 out of 5

 

I can`t find it on Tripadvisor and I have no idee which hotel it is.

The Best Western Senator Hotel would be my best guess for this one... with a distant (less likely) secondary guess of the Hotel Zurich Istanbul.
