Hot rate of $182/night. --> The Westin New York Grand Central 2. Madison Square Garden - Hell's Kitchen area hotel. 4.5* with 80% recommended. Hot rate of $200/night. --> possibly Ink48 upgraded to the 4.5* level since it was last reported to the board 3. Empire State Building area hotel. 4* with 95% recommended.
