Best guess would be that Palomar is upgraded to 4.5* since last reported to the board.

 

4* Market St. - SoMa - Moscone

Best guess would be Park Central Premier San Francisco

RE:  4.5* USE Boutique

I'm hoping it is the Palomar and would be ok w/ any of the other 4* boutique hotels on your list but really don't want the Stanford Court (bc of location).  I see on your amenities list for the Stanford Court, boutique is not listed but they do call themselves one.  Is there anything else that would make you more confident that it won't be the Stanford?  Thanks!
