If I click on the listing, it says there's no longer any inventory available.

 

A hotel with only pool has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I would also highly recommend against a hotel with such a low rating. Even if a new hotel, the first customers would be really quite negative with a 15% approval rating from customers who paid a discounted rate.
