Also, if it is Riu Palace Las Americas - All Inclusive, i guess the price is for the room type "Junior Suite". If I want to have an upgrade to "Junior suite Ocean view", is that still possible to do? Or hotwire bidding is final for room type? Thanks!

Upgrading your room is something you can try to work out with the hotel either before your arrival or during check-in, but your ability to do so will depend upon a lot of factors... hotel policy, occupancy levels, what is available at the time of check-in, price difference between the standard room booked and the next room class, mood of the front desk clerk, etc, etc. What are the dates of your stay? Also, for the HOTWIRE offer above, I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.
