Hotwire Hotel: Manhatten hotel

I am looking for a decent , central hotel for our stay in new york city . I would also like it to be close to a subway .

Dates: 6/21- 6/28

Hotwire search found :

4* hotel, midtown centeral area, 75% recommended, 4/5 tripadvisor rating. Price 156$/night .

Ameneties:

Pet friendly, boutique hotel, fitness center, business center , internet access.

also written that the last person that ordered this got the jewel hotel.

Looking at the jewel hotel rating at tripadvisor i noticed it had about a 4.5 rating and also i didnt quite understand why it got a hotwire 75% reccomendation due to the tripadvisor rating .

I am asking this since this seems like a good deal if its the jewel hotel

Our budget is max 200 $ per night after taxes.

The above is likely not the Jewel... my guess for this one would be a new amenity set for the Sheraton New York or The Mansfield Hotel.
