I always got it at first bid, but sometimes, I was curious if I could get it lower, so tried $35, and even if I did not get it, I will lower to bid on 2* on $37 and it will always upgrade me to this hotel because there is no PL 2* in this area.
thereuare Posted January 6, 2006 Report Posted January 6, 2006 Just to comment on the above: because no 2* hotel has been reported in this area, does not mean that there are no 2* properties offered. If you bid 2* you may not be upgraded and could receive a 2* hotel. It is best to assume that if a star rating is offered in a given area, that priceline does indeed have a contract with at least one hotel at that star rating.Enjoy your stay. Yes, I am here almost every week ... $37, can't beat!Front desk was so lonely, when you called for anything, he showed up at your door in 30 seconds!!
