My guess would be the Fireside Inn with a slightly different amenity set. I'm seeing a tripadvisor rating of 3/5 on the detail page when viewing this listing.

 

I'm seeing a 3* in this zone with only a few amenities showing, but that has a 95% approval rating for Hot.wire customers and at $55 per room per night, would be quite a bit cheaper.

We ended up going a little further north.

 

Got the LaQuinta Inn in Manchester  (3*) for $68 a night. 

We were hoping for the  BEST WESTERN PLUS Executive Court Inn & Conference Center, but this will be fine.
