I'm sorry to say that a 4* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

 

But a guess would be Hilton New Orleans/St. Charles Avenue with a new amenity combo.

While the Hilton St. Charles is one possibility, these amenities are quite common for the area and there are likely many others that fit this description as well... the Intercontinental New Orleans (if downgraded since the last time it was reported to the board), Renaissance Pere Marquette, and the Hyatt Regency would all be among the possible candidates as well, imo.
