I found a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal for a 4* hotel in Cancun Hotel Zone South Area with the following amenities at $66/night for 4/24 to 4/27:

• Pool
• Parking
• Restaurant
• Business Center
• Fitness Center

Is it safe to assume that this is the Westin Resort & Spa? And would it be possible to bid for this hotel at a lower price?

Looking at the calendar of wins, I'd love to match the $55/night that another user found, but I'm willing to go as high as $100-$120/night.
