The big giveaway was the choice of beds. Amenities: Free Internet (in Room)Free ParkingOutdoor PoolSpaNon-SmokingGymRestaurantHandicap Accessible Booked through the BB link. I tried bidding for $160 for a 4* hotel in the same zone, before just choosing the PRICELINE EXPRESS deal, but was not successful. Hope it helps others, and thanks to all for sharing their wins.
