You can negotiate with the hotel in regards to upgrades, but they may say no or charge more. Additionally, there is no way to guarantee or increase the odds of a particular property when using Price.line or Hot.wire. If you are flexible in terms of which hotel and regarding room type, let us know date/s of travel, desired budget and star rating and we would be happy to offer our thoughts.
