Using the method above i'm seeing the following:

HOWEVER, change your search to 2adults/2children and a hotel with the same amenity set appears and also lists an $11.95 resort fee.

I believe these are TWO DIFFERENT hotels.

I don't have a good guess for the one listed without the resort fee (maybe the Sheraton Vistana Villages??), but my guess for the one with the resort fee would be the Lake Buena Vista Resort Village and Spa (yellowdog knows this area best and may have a guess or AaronJB may have some insight for the non-resort fee property)
