Priceline Hotel: Help identifiying 4* Hotel in London Westminster

Hi,
Priceline Express Deals is offering me a 4* hotel in "Westminster - Houses of Parliament - Victoria Area Hotel", London from November 14 to 18 for 146 per night.

 

Listed amenities are:

Restaurant, Business Center, Fitness Center, Free Internet

 

Could anyone help me in identifying this hotel?
Also best guess is highly appreciated. I'd like to stay away form the Novotel Waterloo...

This is a tricky one since the amenities are common for many hotels in this zone and there is nothing special to go on.

 

But my guess would be Park Plaza Riverbank or Park Plaza Victoria.

 

And I'm pretty sure that this property isn't the Novotel in Waterloo.
