That is not strange, something is going for your dates. Rates are high.

 

Have you been bidding for both Nort and South zones?

 

The best 5* deal I see for your dates is in the Northe zone is a PRICELINE EXPRESS deal $207, I believe it's the Venetian.

 

You can try to undercut the rate with bidding but you need to be OK with getting the Trump Resort.

 

For the South zone would my guess be that you're looking at approx $225 if you use the bidding service.

From April 13-16 there is a National Association of Broadcasters convention with an expected attendance of over 100K... this is the likely reason you're seeing high rates for these dates.
