robray
Not the deal we were hoping for, but we needed those dates. I didn't realize that the River's Edge is a 4* in the downtown area. Funny thing is we could have booked it through the regular list of priceline hotels for for $177/nt. When you bid more than the price in the Priceline list of hotels does it make sense that it would accept your higher bid?It isn't listed in the betterbidding hotel list so I was expecting a hotel closer to the downtown core. I probably should have started at 4.5*. Live and learn. Hopefully my experience helps others trying to book a downtown midweek hotel. Link to comment
thereuare
Welcome (officially) to BetterBidding! This property has previously been reported to the board but was in the South Waterfront zone, which apparently has recently merged with the Downtown zone. Thanks for sharing your win and helping us update the Priceline Hotel List accordingly. Please use the previously requested PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your future travel purchases. Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
