Hotel #2:  Lombard/Oak Brook/Downers Grove area; 3*, 85% recommended (Trip Advisor 4 out of 5); $55 per night:  Free Parking, Free Breakfast, Free Internet, Fitness Center, Business Center, Golf nearby, Accessible for visually impaired, accessible for hearing impaired.

I believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOT.WIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

I'm sorry to say that a 3.5* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board. But a guess would be that SpringHill Suites by Marriott Warrenville is upgraded to 3.5* since last reported to the board.

 

Hotel #2:  Lombard/Oak Brook/Downers Grove area; 3*: Fitness, Complimentary Breakfast, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Golf, Free Parking, Blind Accessible, Deaf Accessible, Room Accessible, Bathroom Accessible, Roll-in Shower

 

A guess would be Stay Inn Lombard.
