I'm sorry to say that a 3* property with this amenity combo has not yet been reported/ID'd to the board.

 

But a guess would be Hotel Iron Horse or Conscious Hotel Vondelpark.

Can I trust in this 95% of approval?

Somewhat... as i think HOTWIRE uses a "low bar" to determine if a user 'approves' of the hotel. If all of the criteria they ask users to rate (comfort, condition, location, etc) is 3+ then that user is determined to 'approve' of the hotel.

However, combining this 95% approval rating, along with the 4.0/5.0 TA rating that is also shown for this property, it should be (at the very least) a 'decent' hotel and more than adequate for a nite, imo.
