The  hotel prices of Week April 13rd  and April 20th are so high. Why?

The National Association of Broadcasters 2015 convention is from 4/13-4/16 and is expected to have 98K in attendance.

Add to this an additional conferences:

4/15-4/17 17K attendees

4/15-4/19 29K attendees

Notice the overlap of 4/15 and 4/16 of all three conferences as these will likely be the most difficult of the date range as you're looking at nearly 150K attendees for these overlap days.
