I am honestly annoyed because Hotwire says the hotel is discounted from $145 to $93 per night, a 36% discount but when you search the hotel through the "Standard Hotel Rates" tab in Hotwire it shows it to be $112 per night. Had Hotwire shown this, we would've stayed with our friends in another hotel.

 

Edit: I didnt realize that the board had a star rating, I thought it had to be typed in. This is a 2.5* hotel, not a 5* hotel.

Feel free to ask the board for help before your next opaque purchase as often a second set of eyes can offer some suggestions of properties you may not have considered OR point out reasons why it may not be the hotel that you are expecting.
