Hotwire is showing $115 (3 person occupancy) for 4/23-4/24 for a 3.5 star boutique hotel in Austin (Downtown and Town Lake Area).  It is billed as a "Hot Rate Boutique Hotel."   95% recommend.  However, none of the hotels on the Hotwire list match.

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but a guess would be the Hyatt Place with a new amenity set. In any case, there is a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating showing on the detail page, which is excellent so the underlying property does get great reviews.
