First one:

I'm not currently seeing the 3* hotel in the Lombard Street - Near Presdio zone when searching for your dates, are you still seeing this on your own HOTWIRE search? (and if so are you including 4adults in your search)

For the 3.5* Fisherman's Wharf property I believe there are likely more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

For future searches/bookings you can do the following to ensure you're seeing the complete list:

1) use the EASY VIEW tab of our BiddingHelper.com and click the green 'See All Amenities' button

OR
