Hotwire Hotel: 4 1/2* San Francisco (Union Square East)

Any idea of the 4 1/2 star on Hotwire's Express deals?  Union Square East.  The only 4 1/2 is the Taj Campton Place, but I don't believe this is the hotel based on the description (see below).

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess that perhaps the Palomar has been upgraded to 4.5*.
