Best guess for the Times Square property would be the Royalton or the Novotel New York, either of which would be an upgrade since the last time they were reported to the board (in the last week or so there has been an increase in star rating of many NYC properties)

For the MTE hotel i'd agree with your guess of the Grand Hyatt as being likely.
