There is no way to know if rates will come down, or move higher, between now and your stay... it all depends upon how actual new reservations/cancellations come in relative to expected new reservations/cancellations. If hotels have underestimated demand and get more new reservations (and few cancellations) then you could see rates rise from here, and vice-versa.

Before taking the time to research the properties above, are you comfortable with the current rates and ready to commit to a purchase now... as the hotels currently offered may never drop in price OR may not be the hotels offered once you're ready to move forward and commit.

What is your budget for this trip and if you could target the Wynn/Encore (which don't come up nearly as much as the Venetian/Palazzo) how much would you be willing to pay for it at this time?
