This zone has been slightly reconfigured and is now known as the Moncloa - Argüelles - Chueca - Alonso Martinez - Chamberi area, which is a mouthful.

 

Hotel is right across from a Metro station that's pretty convenient for connections to the airport and to central Madrid.
