I don't have any insight into the first property.

The second property might be the Silver Point showing a limited amenity set (as sometimes hotels only show a partial list of the amenities that they have previously been seen with), but i'm not certain. If you are interested in the Silver Point and want to try to target this one and are willing to pay up a little for it, you can change your search to 2adults/1child and a 'new' 3.5* hotel appears for $161/nite (your price may differ slightly) plus a 10% resort fee and has:

... my guess for this one would be the Silver Point hotel.
