Prices are jacked up that week due to March Madness, rooms here are listed for $380 Canadian, got it for $240 which is good for the hotel as other hotels of lesser stature are going for around $200-250 straight up at the same time.

 

Figured it was the Palazzo after reading other posts on here, glad it was.
