I thought could be Hotel BPM Brooklyn New York also.  However, that is not a good rate from Hotwire because you can book directly with the hotel for $100 non-refundable which is $31 cheaper per night than Hotwire's deal.

Hey, one more piece of information.  Hotwire said it was a $300+ hotel.  There was also a little bubble that said "Book soon! The last person got the Condor Hotel."
