AaronJB Posted February 27, 2015 Report Posted February 27, 2015 I'd guess this is the Hyatt Orange County. dantheman11 Posted March 1, 2015 Author Report Posted March 1, 2015 Thanks so much for your help. If this is indeeded the Hyatt Orange County, is it very good deal? I was wondering if they have a resort fee for this hotel and how expensive the parking. Again, thanks for your help.
AaronJB Posted March 1, 2015 Report Posted March 1, 2015 If it's the Hyatt, that would be a solid deal. There is no resort fee showing on the bottom of the detail page for the listing. The parking fee is listed on the hotel website is $24 a day. Please keep us updated on what you decide and let us know if you have additional questions. Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.
dantheman11 Posted March 2, 2015 Author Report Posted March 2, 2015 $24/day for parking is just too much. I'm thinking about the below:3 1/2* - Buena Park - La Mirada - Cerritos - Mar 7 to 11, 2015, 1 room for 2 adult & 2 children, $431.38 total ($360 room plus tax and fees of $71.38).• Free parking• Free Internet• Fitness center• Pool(s)• Restaurant(s)• Business center• Self-service laundry• Internet access• Accessible for visually impaired• Accessible for hearing impaired• Accessible path of travel• In-room accessibility• Accessible bathroom• Accessible parking• Roll-in showerThere is only one 3 1/2 * hotel in the Hotwire hotel lists is the Sheraton Cerritos at Town Center , but the amenities list above is not matched with the Hotwire hotel lists. Please help me ID this hotel. Thanks,
AaronJB Posted March 2, 2015 Report Posted March 2, 2015 This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board. It may be something else, but I'd guess an upgraded Holiday Inn Buena Park and Conference Center may be a possibility. Please keep us updated on what you decide. thereuare Posted March 2, 2015 Report Posted March 2, 2015 I'll second the guess of the Holiday Inn Buena Park and Conference Center. Thanks for using the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board. dantheman11 Posted March 2, 2015 Author Report Posted March 2, 2015 I'm sorry for a stupid question. If the list said free parking and it turns out not free, will Hotwire responsible for it? I'm thinking about booking this hotel. I guess 3 1/2* Sheraton and 3 1/2* Holiday Inn cannot be that much of a different. Thanks
thereuare Posted March 2, 2015 Report Posted March 2, 2015 Once you learn the name of the hotel you can call them to confirm that there is no charge for parking, if you find to the contrary, then contact HOTWIRE and they will usually work something out... either cover the parking cost, offer a refund, or get the hotel to waive the fee (but these situations are handled on a case-by-case basis, so nobody can say exactly what option you would be offered in your own scenario, but situations of there being a parking fee when HOTWIRE stated there would be none, is not that common) Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases.
