The hotel seems to have really good reviews online. I started out around $60 with four stars and went down to three stars.  I knew I should be able to get something for around $70/night, because they were offering a PRICELINE EXPRESS Deal in Downtown for $81. I only chose the three zones of Downtown, Downtown-White House, and Capital Hill-Convention Center, since I have an appointment downtown on the 14th.
