I'm not currently seeing the 5* hotel offered in this zone... are you still seeing this on your own search? If so, are you searching for more than one room or something other than the default 2adults/0chidren? (or perhaps you mistakenly copy/pasted the same amenity set twice?)

For the 4* hotel my guess for this one would be The Westin Resort and Spa Cancun.
