Priceline Hotel: How to get a specific hotel but not pay their asking price!

I want to get this hotel in the Sunnyvale area. Without bidding the 3* hotel is 106 taxes included. Is there a way I can get this exact hotel for cheaper with bidding? Please respond asap as I am waiting to book the room thanks!

There is no way to bid for a particular property or increase the odds of a particular property, which is one of the trade-offs for the discounts offered.
