Or is that something that doesn't really matter. Thanks!
thereuare Posted February 11, 2015 Report Posted February 11, 2015 Nobody can say if rates will come down, or move even higher, between now and your stay... it all depends upon supply/demand (ie- how actual new reservations/cancellations come in relative to expected new reservations/cancellations). However, hotels do have fixed costs when filling a hotel room and i'm not sure how much lower (if at all) than $42/nite they would be willing to go. These amenities are common for most 2.5* hotels in this area, but my guess would be the Comfort Inn and Suites Orlando. Since this an extended stay you could see if this same property is offered for the first (or last) nite of your stay and then again for the balance. If so, you could purchase the solo nite in order to 'look behind the curtain'. If you're happy with the results purchase the remaining nites, if not, make alternate plans for the balance of your stay. Will keep you posted on this, I agree it would probably be harder to get cheaper than this, and I have a $20 coupon.
