I would say my max budget is $120+/- along the center strip area (which may technically fall into the south strip or north strip areas.

 

I would prefer a hotel between TI and Monte Carlo.

We will need a bit more to go on in regards to exactly what is that you are looking for... best value, best rated, highest star rating within your budget, location, cheapest, a property with a theme, etc, etc)
