I'm not certain for this one, but The Loft Hotel or the Le Square Phillips Hotel And Suites would be my best guess(es) for this one.

I have been watching the HOTWIRE hotels for Montreal for a while now, and just booked what I think is this hotel. It was the same title (3.5* Downtown Montreal East Area Condo) and I ended up with the Loft Hotel.  I will post a separate thread with my win.
