Please follow-up your previous Hotwire St. Pete Beach thread with whatever you decided to do for that trip, then reply here and we will have a look at your post above.

Please remember to follow-up your threads with your wins/decisions as you make them (even if you don't ultimately use PRICELINE / HOTWIRE, cancel the trip, book direct, etc) as this help keep the board better organized and more useful for everyone... as well as being a courtesy to anyone who took the time to help with your travel plans.

Also, for the offer above, i believe there are more amenities then what you have posted above as HOTWIRE has a new interface that does not show the complete set of amenities unless you click thru a few extra links.

If you repeat your search using our BiddingHelper.com tool... use the HOTWIRE EASY VIEW tab and then click the GREEN BUTTON next to this listing, do you see more amenities then what you have listed above?

Please use the PRICELINE and HOTWIRE links on the board to begin your travel purchases... or thru our sister site MAPS and HOTELS.com for your regular rate purchases.

Thank you for your help.  I was unaware of the BiddingHelper.com tool, and did not know that Hotwire had a new interface, as I haven't accessed the HOTWIRE website in some time.  I apologize.

Yes, you were correct.  When entering my information, I found that the newly listed amenities are: free parking, free internet, resort, beachfront hotel, oceanfront hotel, pool(s), restaurants, internet access, golf nearby, tennis nearby, spa services.

The Marina Fiesta has been seen previously with this amenity set at the 3.5* level in the Cabo San Lucas zone, so that would be my guess in this case.

Please keep us updated and please let us know if you have any additional questions.

Thank you for using the board's HOTWIRE or PRICELINE links to start your purchases and searches.

Thank you for your input.  The only thing that doesn't make sense to me is that the amenities listed include both oceanfront and beachfront, of which the Marina Fiesta Resort has neither.  Any ideas?

It could be some other other property, but just a few weeks ago this Hotwire Cabo post mentions the Marina Fiesta Resort and Spa having been seen with this amenity set.

Thank you for your help.  I opted to choose another hotel because I wanted a beach and oceanfront, but did not want to risk getting the Marina Fiesta, which has neither.  Instead, I chose through Hotwire another hotel:

4 1/2*, all-inclusive hotel, $286, Corridor area of Los Cabos.  Amenities listed:  resort, free parking, free internet, near beach, fitness, pool(s), restaurant(s), business center, self-service laundry, internet access, golf nearby, tennis nearby, golf services, accessible path of travel, accessible parking, roll-in shower, accessible bathroom, in-room accessibility.  Fiesta Americana Los Cabos.

Was this hotel in fact a real All-Inclusive.  I see in the amenities that it doesn't include food and drink (although it says "all-inclusive").  Just wanted to double check between purchasing here or another Cabo hotel that clarifies that it has food and premium drinks included in the all inclusive.  Any help on your experience would be much appreciated.

mikecrew,

Welcome to BetterBidding!

Food and drink would be included as well (although at some all-inclusive properties there could be some fancier restaurants which have an up-charge... although i don't know specifically about this one).
