buteos Posted January 24, 2015 Report Posted January 24, 2015 I have been bidding for the Rutland area in the three star area because I am afraid of the two star and two and a half star offerings in Rutland. I kept getting the 58.00 rebid offer including today. I upped my 50.00 bid to 52.00 and received the Holiday Inn. We'll see what this hotel is like.
