wearytraveler Posted January 21, 2015 Report Share Posted January 21, 2015 Just bought this, and here's what I found out. This was advertised as 3.5 stars on Hotwire, regular price $120-something. It popped up for $49, I bought it, and it disappeared. It was only there a few hours. I think it's the same one showing for $80 a night now, less than two hours after I booked. It shows as 75% recommended. Parking is valet-only, and is $18 per night. Street parking is free from 7 pm to 8 am, but reviewers seem to think the area is sketchy. Hotel guy said it's safe. I'll probably go for it anyway. I ordered 2 beds, and they're full size, not queen. People report that the beds are comfortable, and most say the rooms are very quiet. One person said very loud on the 2nd street side. Everyone said the bathrooms are tiny and cramped. Has an indoor pool. Breakfast not included. In the restaurant, buffet breakfast is $13, or you can order off the menu. Should be pretty convenient to my downtown venue. Can't really beat the price! Link to comment
