moshulu
Wanted to add this to the data base; not a stellar bid but respectable!Just got this on the 3rd series of bids for a 4* hotel x 4 nights beginning 12/29. Almost everything 3* and above at all sites were >$200 and there was limited feedback for Boca on either PL or Hotwire. Starting bid 2 weeks ago at $55 (based on a previous bid posting) and got up to $75 and all rejected. Tried today with first bid at $55 and offer was accepted at $77. TripAdvisor shows this property around $220. Link to comment
LoneStar
That's not a bad price for southern Palm Beach county -- where priceline inventory is generally quite limited (I've seen a doubletree pop up occasionally, but not during peak times).Seems like it could be a weak 4-star however. thereuare
Thank you for sharing your win.I think this is a good win as this area is notoriously expensive and to get half off in this area is an excellent deal. When you bid today, did you go from $55 to $77 or did you make bids inbetween those levels?Enjoy your stay. Please use this HOTWIRE and these PRICELINE LINKS: HOTELS, CAR RENTALS, and AIRFARE to begin your travel purchases Link to comment
moshulu
I think I started at $55 and immediately jumped to $77 due to limited number of bids for the area. Unfortunately, we had a sudden death in the family on xmas eve and had to cancel the trip so I cannot report on the property. Link to comment
