I'm looking for 3* hotel in Times Square or Midtown west over Feb 12-19 and the price I was hoping to stay in the $100-$120 range.

Do you think it is possible?

I do think you could get a hotel within your desired budget for these nights. There's an interesting one on Hot.wire slightly over your desired budget -
