I'm guessing the Royal Sonesta. Can anybody confirm?

Other question is that I put this in through bidding helper and put in 2 adults and 2 children per room? Does that mean that it would be a guaranteed double bed room?

Putting 2a/2c in does not guarantee 2 beds, but it should result in some form of bedding for the entire party (most often 2 beds, but could be 1 + rollaway or 1 + sofabed.)

 

This listing has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess a new amenity set for the Royal Sonesta is a definite possibility.

 

That said, 

 

I'm seeing a 4.5* in the same zone for cheaper ($118, but you may see a slightly different price) w/Boutique, Restaurant, Fitness, Free Internet, Hi-Speed Internet, Business, Spa, Deaf Accessible, Room Accessible, Handicapped Parking, Roll-in Shower, Pet Friendly. 

 

This amenity set has not yet been ID'd/reported to the board, but I'd guess an upgraded Marlowe (to 4.5* from 4* when it was last reported) would be a possibility here. This listing is also showing a 4.5/5 tripadvisor rating, so better reviews and would seem like a better deal than the 4* for less, unless you need a property with a pool.
